¢®Y
Compared
to conventional dielectrics, ozone can be generated at much higher
concentrations which
dramatically reduces oxygen consumption and, consequently,
operating costs. Additionally, oxygen
storage on site is either reduced or fewer
gas deliveries are required.
¢®Y
"AT"
dielectrics are very robust. Of the over 50'000* installed since 1992 less than
0.3% have ever
failed.
¢®Y
The
operating voltage of approximately 4000 V is much lower than that of
conventional equipment
increasing the reliability and the service life.
¢®Y
Vessels
are compact as a result of the high ozone production per unit area of electrode
and contain
fewer tubes than conventional systems.
¢®Y
The
generators are horizontal in layout and are floor mounted allowing easy
inspection via viewing
ports and, if required, convenient access for
maintenance.
