 The ozone plant is an integral part of the whole water plant. It can easily be integrated into the overall water plant automation system.

 A Programmable Logical Controller (PLC) controls and monitors each equipment of the ozone plant through interlocks, control loops, start-up sequences, emergency stops, etc..

 

 Main equipment controlled :

 ¢®Y  System pressure control.

 ¢®Y  Ozone gs concentration in the common delivery

     pipeline after the ozone generators.

 ¢®Y  Ozone gas flow measurements and control to

     the ozonation contacting  tank stream.

 ¢®Y  Residual ozone in water after ozonation.

      Ozone gas flow through ozone generators.

 ¢®Y  Cooling water flow alarm to the ozone

      generators.

 ¢®Y  Temperature of the ozone generators.

 ¢®Y  Gas  pressure at entry to ozone generators.

 All inputs and outputs are directly connected to the PLC.
