The ozone generator is a small air-cooled wall-mountable maintenance free unit specifically designed to operate under vacuum conditions for safety against ozone gas leakage. The ozone generator incorporates a high voltage/high frequency power board designed for continuous operation. The circuitry has been specifically designed to give ¡°fold-back¡± short circuit protection and variable module supply to electronically control the ozone production rate which is varied by a control knob mounted on the underside of the enclosure. The ozone module consists of a ceramic dielectric tube inside which is centralized a 316 st. st. electrode assembly supported at either end by P.T.F.E. end caps.The unit is cooled by fan assisted atmospheric air.
AIR DRYER
The air dryer has been designed to operate under vacuum conditions and incorporates two desiccant columns which are automatically cycled to produce a continuous supply of dry air. While one column is drying the air required to feed the ozone generator, the other?is automatically regenerated by heat?to release the moisture. The moisture is purged from the column by air supplied from a small internal diaphragm pump
QUALITY ASSURANCE AND TESTING
All products manufactured by Ozonia Triogen Ltd comply with BS EN ISO 9002:94 quality assurance procedures and each generator and dryer are subjected to the following test procedures.
1. Generator power board function test.
2. Generator module pressure test.
3. Generator run test for 24 hours.
4. Generator calibration and output check. 6. Dryer timer system function test.
5. Dryer run test for 24 hours
6. Dryer calibration and output test.
All units are CE approved
