DESCRIPTION
Two sizes of ozone generators suitable for wall mounting incorporating an integral oxygen concentrator with compressor, high voltage/high frequency electronic power supply, ceramic dielectric ozone modules and all electrical and pneumatic controls.The enclosure is epoxy painted mild steel rated to IP54.
The units are designed for continuous operation .
ELECTRONIC POWER BOARD
The ozone generator incorporates a high voltage/high frequency power board designed for continuous operation.The circuitry has been specifically designed to give ¡°fold-back¡± short circuit protection and variable frequency output to control the ozone production rate which is manually varied by a control knob located on the front of the enclosure or by a 4 - 20 mA external signal.

| The module consists of a ceramic dielectric tube inside which is centralised the high voltage stainless steel electrode which is supported at either end by P.T.F.E. end caps.The ceramic dielectric is housed within an aluminium finned heatsink block which is cooled by fan assisted atmospheric air. |

| The unit incorporates a compressor driven oxygen concentrator with automatically regenerated desiccant columns and all necessary flow control equipment. |

QUALITY ASSURANCE AND TESTING
All products manufactured by Ozonia Triogen Ltd comply with BS EN ISO 9002:94 quality assurance procedures and each generator is subjected to the following test procedure.
1. Power board function test.
2. Power board load test for 24 hours in 40oC test chamber.
3. Module pressure test.
4. Oxygen concentrator test.
5. Complete unit test for 24 hours.
6. Calibration test and output check. |

APPLICATION
Ozone treatment is firmly established in the industry as the method of choice for bottle rinsing and final disinfection of water for bottling.
With the rapidly growing popularity of bottled water in preference to tap-water, the use of ozone based water treatment systems is increasing dramatically in markets worldwide.
Ozone is the fastest acting practical oxidising agent and disinfectant available thereby giving excellent microbiological control over a very broad spectrum. Properly applied, ozone destroys all bacteria, viruses and cysts.
Rinsing bottles with ozonised water prior to filling ensures that the bottles are sterile and prevents contamination of the product.
During the bottling process it is virtually impossible to prevent some microorganisms remaining either in the bottled water or in the enclosed air-space under the bottle cap.
Introducing ozone into the bottled water upstream of the filling machine ensures that any organisms in the water are destroyed and the air space within the filled bottle and the bottle cap are sterilised.
Any unreacted ozone present in the bottled water will decay naturally and revert back to oxygen.
No toxic byproducts are formed when ozone is used and it has the added benefit of assisting in the removal of iron, manganese and colour contaminants.
Ozonia Triogen ozone injection skids are offered in two sizes and consist of the following parts:
- corona discharge ozone generator with integral oxygen concentrator.
- injector and ozone resistant booster pump
- full electrical control system
